Terms of Service
Effective September 10, 2026
These Terms of Service describe the general terms for services provided by WiseBuilt Digital (“WiseBuilt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A project-specific written scope accepted by both parties controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
Services and scope
Services may include website design, website development, mobile improvements, local SEO foundations, service-area messaging, conversion-flow improvements, and ongoing website care. Deliverables, timing, revisions, responsibilities, and fees will be described in the written scope provided before payment.
Consultation and payment
Website projects are paid in full after consultation and written scope acceptance. Payments are processed through Square. California sales tax is calculated at checkout when applicable. Website Care is billed automatically at $199 per month until canceled.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, access, and content they have the right to use. Delays in receiving required materials or approvals may change the delivery schedule.
Hosting and third-party services
Hosting is not currently included unless specifically stated in a written scope. WiseBuilt may use third-party services such as Cloudflare, Square, Resend, and other tools needed to deliver the agreed work. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
No guaranteed results
WiseBuilt does not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, calls, bookings, or any particular business result. SEO and marketing work is intended to establish practical foundations and improve the customer experience.
Intellectual property
After payment and subject to the written scope, the client receives the agreed final deliverables. WiseBuilt may retain reusable know-how, tools, templates, and general techniques that do not contain the client’s confidential information.
Changes and termination
Changes outside the written scope may require a revised estimate or timeline. Either party may discuss ending an ongoing service in writing. Website Care cancellation applies to future billing periods; work already completed remains subject to the written scope and refund policy.
